Pickup-group problem on CME

Hi to all,

I have a problem with pickup-group on CME

I'd configure this week a CME on 2851 router with last IOS.

All works fine but not the pickup-group, I put some phone in the same pickup-group but when I press the softkey to pickup a call on other phone does not occur nothing!

Why any suggestion?

Under telephony-service put the following command: no service directed-pickup.
