Placed Calls Directory E.164 not correct

Hello,

Got a strange one here.  So I have an E.164 dial-plan setup but now all of a sudden the call stored in the placed calls directory only is not saved in e.164

919803338412 -> tran pattern to +19803338412 -> RP \+! -> SIP Trunk -> Called Party transformation adds 9 back in... then it goes to telco... it shows its calling +19803338412 on the cisco ip phone until it hits the dial peers then it shows 9803338415 on the screen

919803338415 is what is saved in the Placed Calls directory.... this is what's confusing me...

Anyone seen this before?

Cisco IP Communicatot 8.6(2) CUCM 9.1SU2

Cheers,

Chad

Chad,To clarify, are you sure

Chad,

To clarify, are you sure that the user dials 919803338412 but sees 919803338415 in missed calls? Just want to make sure that I understand the question. If that is what is being observed than something doesn't seem right to me, either.

The Placed Calls directory on an IP phone should store only what was dialed by the user/station. The phone doesn't store the called transformation information. It is different than received/missed calls in that way.

I just tested this out with a 7965/7962/9951. All of them behave "as expected", which means that placed calls shows 919803338412.

WIlliam,   Yeah that was a

WIlliam,

Yeah that was a typo, they should all be 8415.

This seems grim to me.  What is the point of the E.164 dial-plan if its not universal?  Sort of defeats all the work turning it into E.164 outbound if you ask me other then to support the callback of missed and received directories.

Thanks for clarifying what I was seeing... disappointed though on this one..
