PLAR- Rings back after hangup

We have a Door Buzzer (PLAR) on a vg224 Gateway port.

The IOS we are running is vg224-i6s-mz.124-24.T6.bin.

The Voice-port is setup  voice-port 2/5

                                       no battery-reversal

                                       timeouts ringing infinity

After the call goes through and the phone is hung up the phone rings back.

Any Ideas why the phone rings back again?

Check device instruactions, some time you have to press a certain key to have it disconnect.
