playing out a *.wav file on a phone

I have a fuzzy notion it is possible to dial a predefined number from your phone and hear a recorded audio file. I want to offer an audio feed to some video "howto's" i have created. I don't have Unity. I think it might be possible to link a DN to a url through services but lack the detail.Any ideas welcome. Thanks

do you have CallManager? If the version is 3.x or 4.x you maybe able to install CRS and run a simple script to play the file.

I have seen this a couple of times, you can use the following URL to create services that can be configured to listen for a multicast stream which can most easily be done from the fixed audio port of call manager or multicasted from a router flash.
