I am running CallManager 5.1. I have set the "Show Plugin on User Option Pages" option on a few of the plugins but when I log into the user option web page I do not see an option to download plugins. I have also set the "Show Download Plugin Option" under Enterprise parameters to true.
Has anyone seen this?

Are you seeing the Download plugin option under Application>plugin configuration page? In CCM 5.0, plugin can be found here.
