hi
i'm building an ipccx script, and stuck in one step, this is a brief description on this step:
i want to prompt the caller to enter some digits and i want these digits to appear on the CAD desktop once the caller is connected to this agent...
i don't know what step can do this? i tried the get/set contact info, but no thing appeared on CAD
please guide me how this step can be done?
