Pnone user state logging using CUCM

Hello everybody!

Recently a question arrised concerning if it is possible to change call routing to IP Phones by the user setting his state to Free/Occupied and log  the duration of these states.

Let me explain. For example, user is free and he accepts all incoming calls normally. When he is occupied, he presses a softkey which changes routing that incoming calls are routed to an IVR which promts the caller to make a decision to leave a voice message or contact other directory number. At the end of some time period - week or month, there should be statistics reporting on how much time user was in "Free" state and in "Occupied" state

I tried HLog - works fine but in this way there should be a hunt group for each of IP Phone users. Also, don't know if any statistics can be accumulated.

DnD option with redirection to service number pointing to IVR also works but yet there's a question about statistics.

Could anyone suggest a better solution?
