Policy based QoS on 3560

I have applied following command on Cisco 3560. IP phone is connected to port 11. Phone mark the DSCP value to ef(46). But when I check the sh policy-map interface fa0/11, I could not see any thing matching the policy map. Nither the rtp nor date.

Please advice me where I make the mistake?

mls qos

class-map voice

match ip dscp 46

policy-map rtp_traffic

class voice

trust dscp

Interface fa0/11

service-policy input rtp_traffic

Next thing is as I trust the dscp value using policy map, is this be the internal dscp marking ? Will it make use of the dscp to cos mapping to obtain the internal cos value ?

In cisco 3560 which internal QoS marking (dscp or cos) is used for mapping to the ingress and egress queues ?

Thanks
