I have about 200 polycom phones i need to get working with my Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.x. I was wondering if anyone had any detailed steps on how to do this successfully? Also could anyone tell me what features I might lose by using these phones?
Have a look at the attached document. It's a guide for 5.1 but 6.1 is the same.
You will not have all the functionality that the Original Cisco Phones will give you and you are limited to a certain amount of Conferences you can have on your phone as the phone does the conferencing itself.
