Polycom SoundStation2W drops call

We have a Polycom SoundStation2W that is connected thru an ATA186 to our CUCM (6.1.2.1112-2 in an H.323 environment) and around 32 minutes into a call the call just drops each time. It's great because it's the phone our company president uses for conf calls so he is just loving the IT department right now ( ;+} ). Any idea why it would just drop for no reason. I'm going to look at the CUCM traces to see but just wondered if anyone else has experienced this and if so what fixes  the problem?
