I have a UC560 and we have been experiening extremely terrible voice quality on outgoing calls. Customers have told us we sound statiky and breaking up... people have even hung up its so bad. Sometimes we resort to our cell phones for calls.
Internally phone calls are great. Crystal Clear sound quality..... Also we can hear our customers great with no issues.
Does anyone have an idea about this? I know our Gi0/0 line is flaping. But I don't know how to fix that or if that is causing the problem?
