We just recently implemented TeleTracking at our Hospital. I set up a SIP trunk and directed it to their server. When we dial the phone number to contact the TeleTracking server, we establish a connection. however when prompted for a pin number, our key presses are not reconized.
i have my SIP trunk dtmf setting set to "no preference", my vendor has their server set up to accept no preference as an option. yet it still does not work.
im reaching out hoping someone can direct me to a KB or something.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
