1. Do you mean it happens with every phone user in Site A who is making call to another user in Site B ?
2. After the call# 1 is hung up, remaining calls have no issues ?
3. Is it the same experience for Site B users while calling site A users ?
4. What is the TX-RX packet count shown on the both phones for the call without Audio ?
5. Is there are site C & do they face similar issue while calling site A & B ?
6. Are the phones on latest firmware versions ?
7. Is this an issue with perticular phone models involved in that call ?
