potential-free contact when busy, CUCME

Hi all,

I got a customer who wants, when an user is on the line (busy), a signal lamp will be light on.

SNMP? potential-free contact?

It's on CUCME 4.2.

Hi,

Shared line only works when ringing, but the signal-light has to be on during the whole call..... What do you mean by BLF?
