Prefix 91 on inbound calls

The objective is to prefix a 81 (we use 8 not 9) for national and 8011 for international calls. I've done this on the gateway side and was wondering if anyone recomends doing this on the call mgr versus the gateway (pros/cons). My config works but the concern is inbound calls will not match dial-peer voice 101 or 102 (answer-address option) and the call will fail. When adding dial-peer 201 using a higher preference and the incoming called-number . all inbound calls match this dial peer because the incoming called-number takes higher precedence over answer-address. Is it possible to have a fail-over dial peer to accept calls that are not matched by dial-peer 101 or 102?

Re: Prefix 91 on inbound calls

Hi,

put the translation on the voice port. There, you can match local calls (strip area code and add 9 only), international, etc and add prexif as needed.
