Prefix a +

I have a callmanager 5.0 with SIP trunk to a provider. They expect a + to be prepended to the dialed digits. How can this be done in callmanager ? Route group/Route list digit manipulation doesnt seem to accept + as a valid character. Any ideas ?

You can do it from your dial-peer statements (if applicable).

Do you have sip trunk directly from CCM to sip provider?

where do you configure sip provider credentials?

Could you replace + with 00 ?
