Prefix Dialing, Masking out a DDI number.

Hi,

I have two hunt group and I want to setup prefix dialing where I can get the agents to type in some digits before the number they want to dial and it will mask out the DDI number.

At the moment, if the agent dial an external number, the extension number is masked out. I have tried to setup a Prefix dial to that when they dial #*xx-xxxxxxx where xx is the area code and the #* is the prefix digit and when it matched this is will mask out the Hunt Group DDI

I hope all this makes sense.
