I am using the B-ACD with SRST as CME as backup to Call center at remote offices. All DNs are defied as 8 digits and they register as such, I would like to allow the caller to enter 4 digits during the AA, is there a way to accomplish this?
Never mind, I got it to work by simply adding another dial-peer with a translation rule.
