Hi,

I think i didnt put the question correctly.

I am looking for any feature or how can we exchange the presence status with LYNC.

i mean if i pick my IP Phone and start making a call the LYNC show change my status to either busy or on a call.

I understand that there needs to be some sort of integration and i am looking for the requirements for this integration.

You will need either IMP integration with RCC or cuci lync.

RCC - Remote Call Control, works but not recommanded by neither CDW or MSFT, requires CUPS/IMP server for server level integration

CUCI-Lync - Client based integration, requires running plugin which it does not seem you are going after.
