I got a Cisco CallManager Express (CCME) installed. I got an issue with dialing a phone number. When I try to dial a 10-digit number and pause for about 3 seconds after entering the first 5 digits, it disappears. I've to re-enter the number once again very quickly before it will start dialing that number.
Is there a way that the first 5-digits remain on the screen even when I'm taking a pause of 5 of 6 seconds?
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Yasa

Hello,
does this happen when the phone is off-hook, or on-hook ?
If off-hook, please check the value of "timeouts interdigit" under "telephony-service".
If on-hook, the timeout should be like 10 seconds, and you should check the firmware that you are running on the phone for a possible update.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!
