PRI and BRI on same GW causing clock issues

I have a GW with 2 E1-PRIs on dedicated NM module and BRI cards in HWIC slots. Whenever call is received on BRI and ISDN L3 comes up clocking is transitiong from E1-PRI to BRI even though the E1 has higher priority. As soon as the BRI L3 goes down after call completion the clocking transitions to backplane resulting in slips/etc:

  Current Primary Clock Source

My network-select config:

network-clock-participate slot 1

network-clock-participate wic 0

network-clock-participate wic 1

network-clock-select 1 E1 1/0

network-clock-select 2 E1 1/1

network-clock-select 3 BRI0/0/0

network-clock-select 4 BRI0/0/1

network-clock-select 5 BRI0/1/0

network-clock-select 6 BRI0/1/1

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Chris

From the output above, the E1 circuits appears to be down, consequently they cannot be clock source.

Paolo,

Thanks for taking a look.  The E1 was down after the call arrived on the BRI port, in order to get it back I need to shut/no shut the controller. Here is how it looked before the call arrived on BRI:

  Network Clock Configuration

  ---------------------------

Priority      Clock Source    Clock State     Clock Type

     1          E1 1/0          GOOD            E1

     2          E1 1/1          GOOD            E1

     3          BRI0/0/0        LINK DOWN       BRI

     4          BRI0/0/1        LINK DOWN       BRI

     5          BRI0/1/0        LINK DOWN       BRI

     6          BRI0/1/1        LINK DOWN       BRI

    10          Backplane       GOOD            PLL
