PRI cards not reconnized in the running config

we have two 2901 routers each with one VWIC3-2MFT-T1/E1 card in the first slot. those routers are connected to a call manager10.5 via MGCP. today we connected a pri to one of the ports and we get nothing from the card no light on either one so i put a loop back connecter in and still nothing. in fact i see nothing in the router's running config that even recognizes those cards, the router does see the card when i do a "sh diag"  is there is command i need to activate the cards?

router ver: 15.2(4)M6a

i can confirm the call manager is communicating with the routers. on one of the routers i have one POTS line connected and i am able to call in and out from that POTS line.

Do check for PVDMs as well.

Sorry - that will just

Sorry - that will just recognize the interface card...  There is more configuration that will allow it to register to CUCM and download it's configuration.

You can review this link to finish the router config:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/voice/media-gateway-control-protocol-mgcp/23966-mgcp-pri-cm.html#maintask1

If you get far but can't get it to register, post the show run/diag here.
