Is there any command on router to find out how many PRI channels are provided by telco?

Hi

Yep - ask them!

Alternatively you could start with say 8 channels configured, and if you can send on the 8th channel, then reconfigure your PRI to have more channels (e.g. 16) and try sending a call on that.
