PRI Configuration problems

I had a new PRI that I setup that I'm having a couple problems with. I'm not sure if they are my problems or the provider because 1) this is my first PRI, and 2) the provider is AT&T

problems

1) When I set the route pattern to use the new PRI for long distance calling and place a call I get a message that long distance service has been disconnected. The provider says everything is fine on their end, but I get that message from their switch. We do not use them as our LD provider, but I have pretty much cloned all the settings from our other AT&T provided PRI when I set all of this up. They say they have it PIC'd and 2PIC'd on thier end. I think it's them, but being this is my first PRI I'm not sure how to prove/disprove this.

2) I have no outbound caller ID. If a outbound call is placed to my cell phone it reads as "unknown" when the call comes up on my phone. If I run debug isdn q931 I see our advertised DID out-pulsed on the gateway. This makes me think that if we are presenting the proper number and it's on the gateway it's them. If I change the route pattern to our other PRI then when I call my cell it shows the proper DID for that location. Again I have pretty muched cloned the PRI's so it makes me think this is a provider issue.

Can anyone back this up with more information, or some other things to look at before I go to the provider?

Thanks

You need to send the debug isdn q931 for a test call..This wil tell us why your LD call is getting the message you are getting. If you are certain that the correct DDI is presented to the gateway, does the gateway send this out during the call to your ITSP? If that is yes, then you need to send the logs to them and let them know that they need to check their end again
