Pri configuration using 2-Port T1/E1 Multiflex Voice/WAN Interface Card

i am trying to configure PRI lines for voice but i am unable to do it, can any one help me to configure this card by telling the exact configuration steps

well i have configured the E1 card for pri voice as per the advice received , i can make out going calls but incoming are only coming to two or three extensions that also some times other wise it is always like a continious tone, request u all to please kindly reply asap
