Hi Vijay,

the snapshot shows RAI[remote alarm indication]  detected which is mainly due to Far end in your case it is TELCO.The other error is due to clocking.if possible, please post your config.

Did u get your media checked by TELCO?

regds,

aman

Hi Vijay.

This usually is a cabling issue from the vg PRI to the provider device.

Check with your local provider an , if you can, the cable connecting PRI interface.

Please also post a show controller E1

Thanks

Regards

Carlo

Hi Vijay

You have to check with your Teleco , that means the other equipment on the other side disconnected or out of service and please check the isdn switch-type may be is mismatched with your SP. Please check the below link which shows your problem :-

Hi Vijay,

To troubleshoot further, u can try changing CRC parameter under controller config.

Further, u can also give loopback local from controller port to check your cable and E1 port .

loopback remote from controller E1 port to check the media end to end by involving TELCO.

regds,

aman
