We currently have an LD PRI from AT&T off a primary-4ess switch with the Megacom service (AT&T toll free service). The megacom service is specifically defined under the D channel serial interface (isdn nsf-service megacom). All is well.
AT&T has informed us that they are re-homing our PRI onto a primary 5-ess switch. The concern is that the ISDN nsf-service megacom is not an option once we change our switch type to primary 5-ess. I have a call into telco but hoping that somebody here can offer some guidance.
Is there something else on our side that we need to configure (aside from changing switch type from primary-4ess to 5-ess? I know that on the primary 4-ess without the nsf-service megacom specifically defined we were unable to make calls and got Facility Element missing during isdn q931 debug.
Our setup is UCM 6.1 and Cisco voice gateway using h323.
I know under route pattern you can specifically define services, but the Megacom there is also only available when the switch type is primary-4ess.
