PRI is connected to PSTN or to a PBX?
Which card, platform and IOS?

The router is a 2811 running IOS 12.3(11)T5.
This router is connecting to a Cisco IAD using a MultiFlex Trunk card. The IAD is provided by the Telco.
Thanks,
Chris

Although you say you tried the network-clock-participate command
Did you also select the clock for use - example :-
!
network-clock-participate wic 0
network-clock-select 1 E1 0/0
!
1 = the clock preference and 1 is the highest preference
show network-clocks
Network Clock Configuration
---------------------------
Priority Clock Source Clock State Clock Type
1 E1 0/1/0 GOOD E1
10 Backplane GOOD PLL
Current Primary Clock Source
---------------------------
Priority Clock Source Clock State Clock Type
1 E1 0/1/0 GOOD E1
You want the result to look like the above.
Hope this helps
