Lets say I have 3 T1 PRI coming in from the PSTN, not an nfas group. I want to route all outbound calls to the PSTN. How to I group the 3 PRIs into 1 logical link?

Ok thats what I'm lookin for, I dont have to specify a trunk group on the voice port or the serial interfaces?

Nope.. I pasted the only stuff you need to make it work

HTH,

Chad

2 more quick questions if you don't mind.

carrier-id <- does this matter, or is it like a description on an interface?

and in the dial plan for outbound POTS, I see you did a forward digits 10, does it forward 10 digits from left to right or right to left?

thanks for your help. I'm a voice noob

Yes it does matter.

A carrier ID is a new attribute consisting of up to 127 alphanumeric characters that identifies the carrier handling an H.323 or SIP call. One or more trunk groups can refer to the same carrier ID.

It will always forward the digits from right to left

Akki
