We have 2 Resourse groups namely A and B .Suppose somebody calls Resource Group A and he is in queue, when he is attended by an agent , the agent realises that the call is meant for Resource Group B and he manually transfer the call to B.
Now in this situation if the agent in resource group B is busy the users call will again go on queue.
We want that call should be attented on priority by agent in Resource Group B rather putting it on queue.
How to increase the priority of transfered call ?
