Try a reload.

Re: Problem GW underflow

Memory allocation errors are almost always a bug unless you are oversubscribing the router. I searched for bugs but found nothing; not that it means anything since many are not public.

If the problem repeats, I would definitely try a newer IOS version.

Re: Problem GW underflow

I decoded the tracebacks and they are related to TCP sockets and retransmissions, and h225/h245.  I also didn't see any bugs, internal nor external.

I'd suggest you open a case regarding this.  It would also be of benefit to collect the following during an error, to identify root cause.

debug voip ccapi inout

debug ip tcp trans

debug cch323 all

debug h225 asn1

debug h245 ans1

Collect via:

Router(config)# service sequence
Router(config)# service timestamps debug datetime msec
Router(config)# logging buffered 10000000 7
Router(config)# no logging con
Router(config)# no logging mon
Router(config)# voice iec syslog

Router# term len 0

Router# sh logg

Are you running NAT and CME on this box?  I did find that this had similar errors:

CSCsi26454

New feature request: CME and NAT in the same box
