problem in sound is low

i have CCM 4.1 that is connected to PBX via 2811 Gateway, when i make call to some destinations, the sound iv very low.

i don't know what's the problem.

help me to troubleshoot or to resolve this problem.

Hi,

I had this problem last week where a PRI link (used for voice) came into my network via a 2610XM. Despite attenuation changes, volume changes etc I was unable to increase the outgoing volume. I was lucky enough to have another 2801 which I replaced the 2610XM with and the volume issues have cleared up. What version of IOS is on the 2811??
