problem in VoIP Network

dear all ,

i have a problem in my VoIP Network High jitter and i can't apply Auto Qos because network routers and switches need to upgrade software and it's not acceptable right now so can any one help me plz

You can configure QoS manually, and on the switches nothing is needed. Which exact router, interfaces and WAN links do you have ?
