Problem integration a Callmanager and PBX

They have a two telephony centrals, first an Alcatel PBX an another Cisco Callmanager.The problem is when the extensions of the CCM call to extensions of the PBX the information as that of the name of the person who calls does not appear on the screen of the annexes of the PBX. But when an extension of the PBX calls to an extension of CCM, this one if it appears on the screen of the phones IP.

The telephony centrals are joined across a gateway using a link E1 with protocol QSIG.

Probably a problem with the PBX config. On the gateway router you can use debug isdn q931 to see if the Call Manager is send the calling name.

Hello,

this problem often depends on the parameter "segmentation" on the PBX's. I know this problem from Siemens Hicom PBX's. Maybe there is a similar parameter on Alcatel PBX.
