After of all this the DC Directory Server service is Disabled, I change it to automatic and started. I reset this service and the ISS Admin service and I canĀ“t to log in the CCM web administration.
I have done this: ://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a0080557ba5.shtml to sincronizate the passwords but I canĀ“t access.
If I reset the CCM server all works ok during a time but the problem happens again.
Thanks for your help.
Regards
Esteban

Esteban,
Can you access other pages in CCM or no? What browser are you using to access the CCM Admin page?

Do you have AD integration?
Are you using MLA?
How long it takes before it breaks again?
HD space engough in server?
Happens the same to publisher and other susbcribers?
Which OS version?
Any AV/CSA ?
You need to go at least to the latest SR 4.1.3/ Please check above and you can open a TAC case to further look into this, but take into account that having those servers still in that version means proper maintenance and SW updates have not been applied in years!

Hi Hailey
Both with https: / / xxxx / ccmadmin from my PC (Internet Explorer 8), for VNC -> WEB CCM Administration (Internet Explorer 6), I can not access the "user" and "global directory", but the rest of menu ok.
When I restart the server if you let me access without problems but when certain time elapses, the problem starts.
We make an update of the version to 4.1 (3) sr8a.
Greetings and thanks
