Problem to register Tandberg Profile 42 C40 on CUCM8.6

Hi,

I've configured 5 Tandberg MXP 3000 with version F9.1.2 PAL device on SIP directly on the CUCM 8.6  and all is working fine.

I get an other Tandberg device Profile 42 C40 and I'm trying to register it directly on SIP as well but it's not working.

I've tried to register it as third party SIP device and ans as Cisco TelePresence Profile 42 (C40) on CUCM 8.6 and I have following error message

Registration rejected.

Do you have an explanation on the registration rejected ?

Log file on the tandberg are not really smart and on CUCM I don;t know which one needed.

I am having the exact same issue. Any resolution suggestions out there??

Is there any 'how to' documentation that speaks to registering a C series to CUCM?
