Problem when dial extension number on CME

Good day!

I have a problem with dialing extension. When i try to dial extension number, during DISA - nothing happens...

CME connected to landline through Panasonic PBX throug IP Trunk.

There is part of my config:

dial-peer voice 1001 voip

description VIHOD_NA GORODSKIE_NOMERA

destination-pattern 9T

session target ipv4:172.16.0.250

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

I've trying to change dtml-relay type to rtp, but it didnt solve the problem. What should i change?

What do you mean dial an extension through DISA.

Can you send your full config. Show run.

Can you also do a test call and send the output of the following debug

debug voip ccapi inout

Problem when dial extension number on CME

For examle i need to dial such number 8499XXXXXX ex. 62912

First part - 8499XXXXXX dials without any problem, then i need to dial inside ext. 62912, but when i try to do int, nothing happens....

There is my cnf:

You cant just use CCME for that. You need some form of auto attendant to allow you to dial an extension with a prompt or you can use TCL script. You need to research how to configure BACD in CCME.

No, I dont need BACD and etc, it's not my task, that i need to achieve.

Another example:

When i dial number 8499XXXXXX, recorded message begins to play: press "1" to dial with Mr.Smith, press "2" to dial with Mr. Green, etc... and when i try to press "1" or "2" durining this message, nothing happens and call doesnt forward to Mr.Green or Mr.Smith.

OK, now I understand the problem. This is dtmf related. Can you explain your scenario better. What is CCME connected to. What is playing the prompt? Can you post your full configuration and sketch a diagram of your setup

This looks like a PBX issue. The message is played through your PBX. Hence your pbx is th eone not accepting the dtmf you are sending. This is not a cisco issue. The internal extensions are located on the CCME, but calls are noit getting to them. So you need to get your PBX guys to investigate why your PBX is not receiving dtmf digits

I've solved the problem, it was in PBX Panasonic

But there is another problem, according to my diagram:

If i try to call number 101 (Pana PBX) and this nubmer 101 has a forwarding rule to another nubmer 98XXXXXXX or local number of CCME 702, call drops and i receive a busy tone. Where may be the problem?
