Problem with 7914

Hello everybody,

I have a problema with 7914 module.I make a new button template with SPEED DIAL BFL. I configure each field and everything is ok , but when the user make a logout and log in all the speed dial disapear , i think that is a hardware problem.

Does the user have the speed dials set up in the extension mobility profile? Are you logging into a 7940 or a 7960? The profile that the customer is using has how many speed dials in the template?

Just to confirm have you set the following

To enable BLF in the cluster:

1. Enable the BLF for Call Lists (enterprise parameter).

2. Allow subscriptions for presence cluster wide (service parameter)

To allow phones to use BLF:

1. Configure phone button templates using speed dial BLF.

2. Assign templates to phones.

3. Add BLF speed dials to phones.

4. Configure subscription CSS on the phones.
