Problem with 7941 firmware

Hi

Hopefully someone can help me here ,I am at a SRST site with a very unstable WAN link ,at some point the phones tried to Download firmware and then the link got dropped. Now the phones just power cycle themselves the whole time ,without allowing you to go into Settings menu ,it just displays the Cisco splash screen. I tried getting the phones to download the firmware from my laptop ,but the phone does not want to accept the DHCP address being offered to it from my laptop ,it keeps requesting address 0.0.0.83 .

Any ideas what I can try ? I have done the hard reset ,but same happens.

Re: Problem with 7941 firmware

Yes ,i meant to say Factory reset. Managed to fix the issue ,the DHCP server i was using on my laptop was a bit bugged ,downloaded another version and got the phone flashed.

Thanks for the reply
