Problem with Call Pickup

Hi Guys,

Our Customer have a one branch that capture the call using the call pickup, but, don't show what branch was captured. The principle the problem is isolated to a specific branch.

The Call Pickup Group was the first try and don't solve the problem.

I'm not sure to understand the problem...

Are you able to pickup the call or not?

Please elaborate and include as much details as possible.

Hi Jorge,

After delete and created a new call pickup group, the user obtain the call of another branch, but, don't identified that branch the call was capture.
