Problem with CCME

Hi, I am having problem with CME 4.0, I have at cisco IP Phone 7960 and this receive call of the PSTN but the call only ring one times over the ip Phone, the user calling hear the ring back normal.

can anyone helps?

Do you use ISDN for POTS ? If so please look at debug isdn q931 to check why the call is dropping in alerting state.

This are POTS receive call from PSTN(FXO)
