I have CDR version: 4.0(0.24).
The latest record for billing data and CallDetailRecord was 29 Dec 2006.
Where I can find what was the problem and what I have to do that it is up to date.

Hi Rob,
I have restarted the Cisco CAR Scheduler service and it works.
But, some other problem happened. I tried to
purge the ART database with procedure (as in document):
Select Start > Programs > Microsoft SQL Server > Query Analyzer.
but I couldn't log in with sa password. I have sa password but I don't know why it doesn't work. Maybe you have some idea?

Good stuff! I am pretty sure that you need to use the Directory Manager username/password.
