Problem with Cisco 7940 turn to SIP

Hi everybody!

I tried to connect a Cisco 7940 IP phone using the 3CX software following the steps in the following link and I have not gotten it to work. I asked the technical support service for the incident 3CX and connected remotely to try to solve the problem but could not. I was told that the problem was not 3CX and that the problem was the phone. Summarize the technical problem: When you connect Pumpkin and add the location of the files created by the 3CX provisioning in this folder and add the files needed to update the firmware to SIP, the phone asks for the following files listed in the attached capture .
The question is: the phone keeps asking for files continuously Pumpkin and under are sent correctly but the phone keeps asking for files. According to the technician is a problem with the firmware, I have version 3.1 (MF.G2) and should upgrade. My question is if I need to update and if so how can I update it without the Call Manager.

Regards and thanks in advance!
