Problem with Internation Call

Hi Guys,

My Customer have a one CCM version 4.1 in USA. And we are have the following problem: The Internation Call work when to do the call is did the USA to France, Mexico, Italy, but don't work to Brasil. The Carrier is the same and the CCM using the same route pattern to this call. In Gateway is configured only a one dial peer to internation call. I verify that call to Brasil have a one digit more. Can this the cause of problem? Are there different configuration in CCM or Gateway to do?

if the extra digit makes it un-routable of course ir can cause problems

check the whole routing and the GW config to see where you're adding that digit
