Problem with Publisher and Subscriber Database and Web Administration Page
Hi to all,
We have a cluster with 3 CCMs (one Publisher and two Subscribers), version 4.2(1).
The problem happened two days ago with the web administration page in the Publisher and one Subscriber, for example: an ip phone is registered in the second subscriber and the other two servers appears NOT FOUND, everything works fine but the web administration page.
Things we have done and still failing:
-We have restarted the RIS Data Collector service of all CCMs.
-Check the SQL and restore de database sql and OK.
-Run DBLHelper and faces are green.
-Reset the phone from the Publisher and still NOT FOUND.
Re: Problem with Publisher and Subscriber Database and Web Admin
I had a very similiar issue with Callmanager 3.3.I know its not the same version but my issue turned out to be someone had attempted an upgrade and it hadn't worked properly causing some files to be different.Try running the admin and do an out of sync to see make sure verything is up to date.
In the end i had to rebuild the box from scratch.
Also 4.2(1) is one of the early releases of 4.2 and it may well be a bug.

the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
