I am Having troubles calling to an IVR system. It happen in this way.
When I call from a phone with any other call (for example in hold) I got a success call to the ivr, but when i try to select an option it seems that it didn't recognize the digits dialed, this happen randomly, i mean some times work but most of the time didn't.
But when I dial from a phone with no other call, the call get stablished and the digits I dial to interact with the IVR works fine.
I am having the same issue. However, user are utilizing extension mobility. When user are not logged in digits dialed are not recognized. I have to TAC cases open. One for contact center express and the other for CM4.3
Engineer for UCCX did not find anything. Working with CM4.3 engineer. If we find something I will let you know.
