Problems logging in callmanager 5.0.2

Hi,

I have two callmanager 5.0.2 (Publisher and subscriber) and when the publisher go down the subscriber server take the control of all devices and run OK. The problem is that in this point when I try to log in at subscriber a message show up "Log in failed". When publisher nad subscriber server are up I can log in successfully in both.

I don't know what can be the problem.

This is a known issue where the account permissions is the root cause. If you have access to Cisco Bugtoolkit, you can search for the bug CSCsd38232.
