Ive manually configured two CP 9971 and a CP 7970. All required services of the CUCM are active.
I created a DHCP Pool on a Catalyst 4500 that connects to a Catalyst 2960 where i have the phones plugged in.
the 4500 then connects to a 6500 which has the C210 connected through nexus switches.
all of the 3 phones get a correct IP from the dhcp and i put the option 150 with the CUCM IP address so that they can register.
However, i could only get to register the 7970. while the 9971 fails registering. The two of them give me the No Trust List error. Ive reset them to factory defaults so many times but still nothing. Tho, one of the 9971 shows a "registration rejected" when i look at it on the CUCM Administration web page. and on the phone, it shows Telephony Service not Active.
I dont know whats wrong.
