Problems running backups on CUCM 6.0

Recently my backups for a CUCM 6 cluster stopped working. There are 4 hosts in the cluster and 3 out of the 4 are able to be backed up with no problems, but one of them generates an error before backups even begin; "Unable to contact server. Master or Local Agent could be down." It says this for TFTP, TCT, SYSLOGAGT, CDPAGT, CCMPREFS, MOH, and PLATFORM. I'm able to ping from the published to this problem server and this subscriber is talking just fine with the publisher. Is there something I'm missing?

try restarting DRF local on that server and then try again
