So on and off maybe once or twice a year we have had one way audio issues pop up where incoming callers couldn't hear us but we could hear them. Reboot of the docsis modem for our pri service provider has always resolved this in the past. It started happening again intermittently a week ago (no config change on our part). I'm convinced my service provider has done something since nothing has changed with us but I'm having difficulties getting them to do anything. Attaching a log with a call we had issues with. Because its such an intermittent issue I cannot reliably replicate this issue. Heres a snippet. What caught my eye was the Bad protocol/sequence. What else would help to figure this out? Call number we had issue with 9406138231
